By accessing or using NJ Humantiv IT Solutions ("NJ Humantiv", "we", "our", or "us") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

NJ Humantiv provides cloud-based workforce management, payroll automation, and enterprise integration solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:
- HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
- StaffIntelPro (Workforce Intelligence Platform)
- TalentHub (Freelancer Management System)
- Custom integration and automation solutions
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Authorized Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to transmit harmful code, engage in unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.
4. Data Ownership and Usage
4.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you input into our services. We do not claim ownership of your data.
4.2 Data Processing
We process your data solely to provide and improve our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Fees
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
5.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Service Availability and Support
While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support is provided according to your subscription tier.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by NJ Humantiv and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ Humantiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
